      Residential investment for renovation and refurbishment projects. Responsible for property sourcing, pre-works planning, hands on project management, accounts and compliance through to resale. The scale of works varies with each project, but the common theme is to work back to a basic bare structure and rebuild from there. A principle objective is to increase energy efficiency as much as practically possible.
