  I established a Data Exploitation Product Centre of over 300, responsible for the full-lifecycle of the Analysis capability suite. This fantastic team is spread across multiple locations and come from a huge variety of backgrounds. • Digital Transformation - I led a major digital programme transforming the technology and ways of working of a community 700 analysts. As technology leader I was responsible for partnering with our analysts and ensuring our technology direction is aligned with their objectives.
