This role encompassed the management of six staff, including consultants and contractors, and the functional design and configuration of a purchasing solution. • Undertook a project management role at RAF Strike Command comprising fifty users in fifteen sites where the MoD were implementing SUN Systems as the core solution within the CAPITAL project. • Prepared a survey of the proposed accounting structure to be implemented at RAF Strike Command and RAF Personnel and Training Command. • Acted as a member of the implementation team for new business systems at British Rail Infrastructure Services.
