Selected for PwC:s yearly HR-internship where I got the opportunity to learn more about operational HR in a fast-paced environment. I single handedly managed a project within the Compensation & Benefits-area where I benchmarked PwC’s benefits program to the solutions offered by our competitors. This was later part of the foundation for a big restructuring of PwC’s benefit-program.I also managed a project to renew the HR-site of the intranet at PwC containing information for our employees and managers about our performance management process, compensation and benefits, corporate policies, labor law and much more.
