Simon as many people will already know from their dealings with him is a very enthusiastic and optimistic guy, but what some people may not have had the pleasure of seeing is his very down to earth caring and genuine personality, many times through my dealings with simon has he offered the extra support (which he really didn't need too) and have been lucky to have seen this side to him.       I initially started in this role as Business Development Manager and was directly responsible for accelerating sales across the East & West Midlands covering the implementation of supply agreements within temporary,freelance and permanent construction roles.The role was such that there had never been a process for centralizing agreements within the company or a process for securing this across a National Framework; I implemented this over an 8 month period.After around 12 months the business accelerated agreement success across the whole of our UK reach.I had overall responsibility for these agreements supporting our consultants on senior client meetings and producing the proposal documents as a standard format for the company, this included the Mechanical / Electrical profile, standard construction proposal agreement, outline to the internal account structure both internal and external.
