I worked with Brand ID ownership to invigorate a mature 25 year old company with five years of flat revenue. Brand ID is now achieving 50% revenue growth YOY with a completely full pipeline. What I am most proud of during my tenure as the sales director was completely shifting the company culture inside the company and in the field. The H2 culture is now proud, fun and most importantly sales-focused, all with the same common goals in sight.Highlights:-Led a team of 55 people across inside sales, outside sales and marketing.-Increased total sales from $34M in 2013 to $50M plus in 2016-Rebuilt and reset expectations for an 8 person inside sales team:2013: $20,000 per day in average organic sales through 80 outgoing calls per day 2016: $60,000 per day in average organic sales through 240 outgoing calls per day. Put an inside sales manager in place to ensure this growth is sustainable.-Personally grew key accounts 60% / $7M through hyper focus and key account management. Built out a Key Account team to sustain and continue this growth through focus on e-commerce, big box and outdoor specialty channels. -Turned our dealing with Amazon.com from transaction-based to a lucrative partnership utilizing their marketing services and resources achieving 300% growth in three years. -Successfully implemented salaried Territory Manager positions in place of Independent reps in the five largest metro areas in turn producing a 15% higher annual growth rate than the independent territories. -Successfully launched three new brands to our portfolio (Kask helmets, Abus Mobile Security and Knog lights).-Rebuilt independent outside rep team to the best in the industry through partnering with the highest performing groups and ensuring we were the main focus in their portfolio.-Acknowledged as #10 on the 35 under 35 list by the leading industry magazine (Bicycle Retail and Industry News)
