  After 13 fabulous years it is time for me to move on having taken this business from a small charity to double the number people we see. The business is left in an extremely healthy state compared to when I joined when it had little or no controls I have influenced operations introduced capacity planning and improved efficiency massively over the last few years despite the presence of aggressive competition I am now looking t0 do some temporary work, consulting roles or even Non-Exec roles, and use my experience to benefit local businesses in the West Midlands Show less
