My duties were the complete oversight of all training delivered to Circa2000 soldiers PA, administration & management of Circa300 trainees daily along with the management and development of the 35 person training delivery team. This role included ongoing audits and during my tenure an OFSTED inspection, where an award of OUTSTANDING was gained.

  Supply Chain Logistics Officer. In charge of logistical transport requirements and training for Germany. Chief advisor for Road Transport in a cross functional Headquarters in relation to Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities include; designing, writing and implementing policies and systems, designing training programmes to meet various initial and continuation training requirements, ensuring all EU legislative compliance, ensuring efficient effective and economic management of all assets by conducting annual compliance audits, providing top down advice to all personnel within the command chain area of responsibility and implementation and management of various projects. Responsibilities extend to both internal and external multi-national stakeholders up to and including national governmental level.
