Simon is very skilled with UX Design from what I saw and delivers quickly. He also showed the ability to adapt to and do real-time page adjustments in meetings, a necessary skill to helping business people visualize what they are asking for at times. He is easy to work with and a very positive person. I was doing backend work for him and I never really had to explain anything to him, he caught on just by knowing where routes were and did his part of the requirements. In that regard, I'd also say he's definitely a self-starter and doesn't need a lot of management to get things done. If you are looking for a great addition to your UX team, look no further!
