Involvement in the developments from the initial land appraisal stages and having responsibility for cost management for the duration of the development until the conclusion of subcontract final accounts. Also worked closely with various RSL's to deliver social/affordable housing at various schemes. Key Responsibilities/Tasks Site Budgeting Tendering and Subcontract Order Placement to budget Subcontract Management Monthly Cost Reporting Subcontract Final Accounts Samples of Developments undertaken at Miller Homes Limited: Urban Space, Warrington - 183 units including a large portion of the site receiving a Kickstart grant from HCA, also included a percentage of plots for a RSL which included amending standard specification. Woodlands Park, Darwen - 270 units. Scheme with complex infrastructure issues, included a portion of affordable units as per planning conditions and also a bespoke RSL block of apartments. Eaves Green, Chorley - 179 units. Developed in close association with English Partnerships, this flagship scheme showcased the top end of the Miller house type portfolio. Eco Homes accredited development. Zest, Manchester & Beaumont Grange, Warrington - Working as a developer on behalf of an external client, these schemes were developed as a Management Contract. A close working relationship with the PQS company representing the client was established, a key factor in the success of these schemes.
