      I worked as part of Quality Assurance Team at a not-for-profit national provider of services for persons with support needs.Working across different regions I provided ongoing support to services, including internal auditing, pre- and post- inspections (CQC, QAF) support, paperwork review and development, specific on-site training/workshops. I also provided newly acquired services with support to get up to speed with the company's internal systems and processes.Corporately, I was involved in quality control of corporate polices (including service user consultation on policies), and quality control of master documentation. I was responsible for co-ordinating the NAS accreditation process across a number of our Autism specific services.
