  I worked as part of Quality Assurance Team at a not-for-profit national provider of services for persons with support needs.Working across different regions I provided ongoing support to services, including internal auditing, pre- and post- inspections (CQC, QAF) support, paperwork review and development, specific on-site training/workshops. I also provided newly acquired services with support to get up to speed with the company's internal systems and processes.Corporately, I was involved in quality control of corporate polices (including service user consultation on policies), and quality control of master documentation. I was responsible for co-ordinating the NAS accreditation process across a number of our Autism specific services. The first services that I supported through the 2 year process achieved accreditation in 2013. Show less

  This role was one put in place as part of the newly formed Quality Assurance Team.My main responsibility was for the continued coordination of the NAS accreditation process at some of the company's Autism specific services.I continued to develop a central resource that brought together all of the key documentation used across the company.I began work supporting services with internal reviews, pre- and post- inspection (CQC, SP) support.
