• Responsible for: 11 staff and an annual government contract of over £390,000 • Recruited over 100 students into Work Based Learning programs; • Wrote government tenders; • Managed four educational programmes - Work Based Learning, Life Skills, New Deal and School Links including maintaining high levels of course delivery, student attainment and overall course quality assurance as well as organising curriculum, planning timetables, recruiting, interviewing and appointing tutors and support workers. • Established learning ‘strategies’ for managing the integration of disengaged, disadvantaged students into main stream college life.

• Registered Assessor Trainer and tutor with extensive experience in program delivery. • Assisted the significant growth of students numbers through contract development and management Halfords, Lex, Porsche, Hyundai • Travelled extensively around the United Kingdom to recruit, train and assess performance of apprentice motor vehicle technicians • Developed and implemented City of Bristol Automotive Mentor Assessors Program to over 60 Mentors across the United Kingdom who would support the learning development of their apprentices
