      I had the amazing opportunity to be the Program Manager of "Tell Coles", one of Australia's largest customer feedback surveys. I worked with stakeholders from all parts of the business, from the C-suite all the way to the stores, where managers were able to use the insight we generated to make a difference for our customers. The Tell Coles program, in addition to being an award winning online survey, pushed the boundaries of what was possible with in-store research. It required monumental collaboration, thoughtfulness and extraordinary skills of some of the best and brightest operators I have ever had the pleasure to work with.       Telstra's Advertising and Marketing program was a vast and complex interconnection of above and below the line campaigns. The small team I was apart of had the critical task of ensuring that all campaign activity met the business' objectives - not only in the areas of ROI, legislative and internal system compliance, but also ensuring that these campaigns were on brand and that the key stakeholders who needed to know, knew.As part of this portfolio, I lead the management of the cooperative funding provided by Telstra's partners, vendors such as HTC, Motorola and Nokia - I ran ongoing processes that tracked not only financial balances, but the effectiveness of the advertising these funds ran.
