  Promoted to IT Manager after two years in systems administration to provide support for all IT and communication systems in a manufacturing environment. During my time in this role I completed a major project to consolidate separate sales order processing and production planning systems into one ERP system reducing administration time and user error. I also managed the roll out of a cut down version of this ERP system to key customers, providing installation, training and continued support.
