I received fantastic training from Simon for my FLT Instructor course. Simon recognised my strengths and weaknesses almost immediately. He helped further boost my confidence in my strengths and build up my confidence in my weaknesses. His communication skills are second to none and he really knows how to get through to any personality in the room. One of things that really stood out to me was his patience. He knew there was good FLT Instructor in me somewhere and he worked hard to get me to that point. Thanks to Simons talent and patience my career has gone from strength to strength. I can't thank him enough for that.
