Having worked alongside Simon for many years at Canon UK, I can only express my gratitude for the number of occasions he "made it happen". In large organisations there can be challenges as sales push to fulfil orders/meet targets, whilst back office functions have to balance the realities of stock, logistics and installation support to name but a few. Simon always rose, and generally exceeded any challenges presented, however what I found of most value was his ability to propose a plan B when options had been closed down. This was invaluable support ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties concerned. Simon takes ownership, and pride in any endeavours he's involved with.
