The plan was to consolidate everything to the root domain and decommissioning the child domains. I was part of a small Active Directory design team, where I had particular responsibility for user migration and delegation of control.

  Transport for London were migrating 20,000 users to a standard desktop on Citrix, Windows XP and Vista. Clients are both physical and VMware virtual desktops. I was responsible for the development of the Active Directory organisational units, groups and group policies. I wrote many of the automation scripts used in the user migration.
