  My role is to produce professional photography, high quality floor plans, lease plans and EPC reports. I manage my own diary, contacting and arranging multiple daily appointments directly with the vendor or estate agent. My ability to provide all three services that are paramount to successfully marketing a property, have kept agents costs down and maintained loyalty and satisfaction with new and existing customers.

  I give access to properties that are up for auctioned. Several open days are allocated to each property and set times are given to clients so they can view the property in confidence. I provide feed back to the auction house on the level of attendance and a list of questions that buyers may have had about the property. I hold keys securely and are on call should a client wish to view the property again prior to the auction commencing.

  I work one day a week in a Recruitment to Recruitment agency. Using linked in, I pro-actively headhunt candidates by matching them against open search mandates we are working on. I then approach them directly to “sell” the opportunity to them. Once I’ve gained their buy-in I’ll qualify them in detail so I can prepare them to be presented to our clients. Our sales team will then review and progress the candidates for interview at the required vacancies
