Being part of a relatively small team at a fast growing start-up means my position as COO sees me undertaking a wide variety of roles. These include building and maintaining business relationships with our corporate and social partners to ensure Banqer is accessible to all, managing the continued development of the product and overseeing our growing team. Although my role at Banqer can be demanding in terms of both time and energy at times, being part of a business with social change at the heart of it’s mission ensures that each day is approached with passion and enthusiasm.
