Incorporated a full award interpretation and configuration review.  Community Management System: using low code tool, Outsystems, to hand accountability back to villages, replace – 135 spreadsheets, Navision (ERP) to deliver over 200,000 regular invoices, +100,000 ad hoc invoices significantly reducing HO staffing. First step towards an end to end customer management tool. On-track with very high user acceptance. Lead the technology team from a focus on technical outcomes to business based outcomes, including rapid co-vid response for working from home with high security.

      Freedom Aged Care - CFO within Aveo group Created a Home Care Business called Freedom Home Care Services (FHCS). Over two years acquired more than 450 clients from existing providers and grew revenue by a factor of 12.  Reduced labour spend by 25% through systems controls and linking labour to customer demand. Expanded the Freedom model to 12 Aveo villages in 12 months doubling value by $250M.  Merger implementation : transitioning Freedom IT, Finance, HR and other business systems to Aveo. Set pricing, sales forecasts, strategy and managed/approved all sales and hiring decisions for care. Led the analysis and forecasting for new property development including requirements, financials, construction and sales.
