He joined our team as the sole backend engineer and I cannot speak highly enough about what he was able to accomplish (especially in such a time crunch). In such a fast-paced startup environment, Simar somehow kept everyone aligned with backend progress and expectations--not to mention how much actual work he got done. Simar was tasked to build a backend from SCRATCH as the ONLY backend developer. Anyone who works in tech knows what a monolithic ask that is and he enthusiastically took on the challenge and blew us all away. I do not know where our product would be without Simar's involvement, and frankly, I don't want to know.
