When I started working at Quanttus, I had to get up to speed very quickly and Sima was instrumental in that. Her thorough background knowledge and understanding of our device allowed her to answer a barrage of questions throughout my ramp up and long afterwards. In particularly busy times, Sima often went above and beyond to foresee my needs and prepare all the equipment and documentation I didn't even know I would need. Sima's diligence and attention to detail allow her to tackle a variety of tasks and analysis systematically. To top it off, Sima's kind, respectful and funny personality make her a great addition to any team.

I've had the pleasure of working with Sima since she started as an intern and later as an R&D engineer. Even during her internship, her drive and high output exceeded even some of our full time employees. As an R&D engineer, Sima worked on very diverse and demanding projects and she tackled each with dedication and skill. Sima stands out as someone who has a constant drive to contribute as much as she can to the team, and she inspires others around her to do the same. Sima is on her way to do great things, and anyone would be very fortunate to be part of that journey.
