  As part of a RIBA chartered practice, we are required to adhere to the standardized scope of work, as our tasks fall within the standard key stages and as such I’m required to produce varying types of information packages such as: • Prepared and executed diverse types of information packages, including Pre-app, Outline, and Detailed Planning applications, Building Control information, and comprehensive working drawings. These packages encompassed Site Plans, GA Plans, Elevations, Sections, Construction Details, and supporting documentation such as Design and Access statements, Risk assessments, and Outline Specifications on projects ranging from small extensions to large-scale housing developments. • Conducted fieldwork, including on-site architectural surveying, to support project development and performed site visits to identify and troubleshoot potential construction phase issues. • Created, developed, and maintained the office CAD manual, providing comprehensive guidelines and standards for consistent and efficient design processes. • Assumed the role of in-house IT administrator, responsible for maintaining and improving the office computer network and printer facilities. Implemented a strategy to replace and maintain the office server, as well as hand-built and replaced workstations to enhance office efficiency and workflow. • Facilitated remote work and ensured minimal office presence at the onset of the Pandemic by updating the office server and network infrastructure. • Revamped the company website, incorporating modern design elements, customized functionalities, SEO optimization, and multimedia components to enhance user experience and improve online visibility.
