I am an engineer in the Operations team, Identity and Access Management set. Daily activities: - Executing deployments: with the help of Ansible playbooks or Helm charts, I deploy the new versions of components on the clients' sites, in the test and production environment - System integration: I help to integrate new technologies ( ex: SOAP to REST API, keycloak upgrade) and the new components - Automation: I am trying to minimize repetitive requirements and to transform them in automatic tasks (ex: adding permissions to roles) using shell or python scripts - Monitoring: I monitor the status of the components that belonged to Identity and Access Management using Grafana dashboards, Openshift application logs or internal tools - IAM tasks: I have operations tasks regarding user permissions management using LDAP protocol, clients portal page (portal branding and the logging into platform) using Keycloak, and API monitoring and maintenance, using Jboss ESB and Kong. - Portal Branding: create portal brands for new clients and modify the other portals regarding customer requirements - Solving incidents: I assure 3 level support for IAM components and 24/7 on-call support using monitoring tools, application logs, Kibana and Elasticsearch Show less
