  Appointment of occasional collaboration within the commissioned study entitled "Study on Structural reform in Italy, 2014-2017". The study was carried out following the award of the competitive tender of the European Commission and saw the important coordination of the Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO).My main activities are empirical elaborations and econometric estimates with data on the diffusion of ICT in companies and Public Administrations.Another activity was the creation of the site for the survey entitled "Structural reforms and competitiveness". The questionnaire, addressed to a number of highly qualified officials of the so-called aggregating bodies, was used to verify empirically the existence of some critical issues and analyse the effect of the aggregation process of contracts, the effect of responsibility on corruption and professionalisation of the authorities.Another activity, fundamental for the preparation of the three reports (preliminary, draft and final report), was the editorial revision of the works (editing).   - Phd with scholarship in Economics.- During the first year I attended advanced annual courses in Mathematics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics and Econometrics, passing the final exams and obtaining the master's degree certificate in Economics.- In the months of December, January and February, always during the first year of my phd program, I attended three university courses for a total of 50 hours: "Technical-scientific writing", "Economics and management of technology transfer" and "Planning research".- My research fields are Economics of Innovation and Industrial Organization. - In particular, my current topics are: epidemic diffusion models, new technology forecasting and rank models (probit, adoption models), also at the regional level.The second and third years are dedicated to the development of the doctoral thesis. During this period, I attended the weekly seminars organized in the DISES department by professors, experts and researchers coming from the Università Politecnica delle Marche and from several Italian and foreign universities.
