I • Intangible achievements: a greater recognition and respect for the referees; affirmation that their jobs require them to absorb considerable scrutiny and pressure; and an inherent acknowledgement of match officials as key stakeholders in the Game. • Subsequently Negotiated a 4-year Enterprise Bargaining Agreement in 2019 with the NRL, for seasons 2019-22.
