      As an intern in the Gender Issues Programme I handled multiple tasking going from developing content for projects and events, to managing administrative and organisational aspects. In particular, I: - contributed to the launch of the Networking Platform for women leaders, peace builders and mediators by liaising with key partners and acting as contact point for official communication. I contributed in the implementation of the network by creating an official LinkedIn group as well as a distribution mailing list that I managed. -Developed content and features of the WIN Community Platform, an internal knowledge-sharing/networking platform. I kept it updated and shared engaging features to increase the traffic on the site. I presented this platform to an official Coffee Briefing on OSCE online tools to more than 50 colleagues. -conducted desk research on multiple topics, proposing new activities for the section and ways of developing existing projects-wrote briefings, summaries, and notes of internal and official events-organised a consultation on the crisis in Afghanistan and its spillover effects on Central Asian countries and contributed to the official summary with key recommendations-collected and analysed data for the Annual Progress Report as well as the report on Gender Parity on Panels in the OSCEAs I was particularly interested in creating a motivating and open network for other interns, I voluntarily collaborated with the Talent Development Unit to create a monthly newsletter with learning opportunities and inspiring content.
