  Dedicated and qualified in library management with over 20 years of experience, as well as the various tasks related to the activity of a library.The job includes the following duties:- Planning and effectively managing the activity of the library, including all the necessary attributes : intellectual processing of documents ; placing regular orders for reading material (books and magazines) and films; library software management (DECALOG, CRM);- Performing budget management tasks and managing resources according to the provided annual budget; - Organizing themed workshops (book launches, meetings with Moldovan and French writers, speaking clubs with French native speakers) ;- Dealing with enquiries from the public and related organizations; providing customer support and solutions to the public;- Writing, managing, and publishing content (namely, website articles) library's activity ;- Management of library projects.In my current position, I was in charge of the following projects:• Organized and developed the summer camp for children, including the various educational activities (yearly, since 2013)• Created and developed two small French libraries within the francophone centers from Balti and Cahul (2020-2021)• Project Medialab (Project funded by the French Institute in Paris and the French Embassy, carried out in 2018). The project was intended for young people interested in Journalism and Digital Technologies. During the project, the participants benefited from several trainings, workshops managed by a journalist and a photographer from France. At the end of the project, the participants presented their own articles, using the techniques, videos, interviews and digital tools they learned about during the project.• Project Biblionef. From 2014 to 2016, through this project, I managed to bring over 4000 French books for, and distribute them in rural underprivileged schools and libraries, including several Transnistrian schools.
