As a colleague of Silvia, for about five years, she consistently impressed me by her attitude towards her work and her performance on the job both as a technician and as supervisor of information Technology. As a technician, Silvia had the analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise viable solutions. Silvia was detailed in every project and enjoyed the challenges that IT provided on a daily basis. Her communication and people skills are excellent. As a supervisor, her ability to remain unflustered during frenzied periods proved her ability to work well under pressure. Silvia is an asset, staying on target to fulfill and accomplish goals and objectives. I would highly recommend her for employment.
