I had the opportunity to choose between a lot of candidates at the time of Silvia her hiring at Pepsico. Even though the other candidates were strong, Silvia stood out immediately from the rest. Silvia is a very enthusiastic, energetic and creative person that loves life. Silvia is not a person you hire and put on a work floor, she shapes it and the spirit of everybody around her. Motivating others, contributing to a team spirit or just delivering great work, Silvia will always have a positive hand in it. She breaths trends, digital and has an eye for quality. She might not always follow the book (a strong point in this corporate world), but give her space and she will deliver a result that will put you and your company 5 steps ahead of the competition.
