To whom it may concern I worked with Silvia for several years in the area of Workforce Management. My role as Delivery lead for Hewlett Packard (Enterprise) - Communications&Media Solutions included to drive workforce initiatives across the EMEA region for ca 1K people, mainly Consultants and Project managers with their distributed projects for telecomunication providers across Europe. Silvia was responsible for the sub-region CEE which contained eastern europe countries. in that role she mainly contributed to our overal success with various activities - aggregating information out of the field (eg via Workforce reports), enhance utilization on a regular base, drive cost saving and data quality enhancement initiatives for her countries etc. For that role she demonstrated that she can execute in an international environment, understands various HR and legal aspects and can handle various ways of communications, the key success factor in such a heterogenious environment. Under tight financial ongoing pressure she managed well results which at the end controlled the cost aspects of our consulting business.
