  As a member of the Group Controlling Department, directly responding to the Group CFO, my principal activities consist in the processing of the Consolidated Financial Statement. I am involved monthly in financial check activities on Group’s subsidiaries Financial Report to be complaint to the IAS/IFRS GAAP. These activities are performed also on the Forecast, Budget and Business Plan reports of each single entity. Management reports and financial information are prepared for the top management at the end of these activities. I’m also involved in the Mergers and Acquisition process to ensure the transition to IAS/IFRS standards of the new Group’s companies. During the first years at Interpump I was also an auditor and I performed operational and financial audits at Group companies located both in Italy and abroad to ensure accuracy, completeness and fairness to the Law 262/2005 and Decree 231/2001.
