      Autogrill is the world’s leading provider of food & beverage service for travellers. My HR traineeship allowed me to interact with activities of talent strategy, change & transformation management, organizational assets, and development programs. I have assisted in creating a training program for innovating recruitment practices by examining the existing literature on best practices in recruiting, providing scripts and templates for video-recorded lessons, and gathering feedback from the top management. I have also supported the software development of a recruitment tool (CVing), a platform which enables Autogrill HQ to easily conduct campaigns, job offers and application reviews online.
