Learned a variety of soft skills like public speaking and customer service etiquette. More importantly, I learned networking commands and troubleshooting computers as well as vaguely knowing how to navigate through BIOS. Worked excessively in Excel learning how to properly use functions and shortcuts among a variety of other things so I can use the program to the furthest extent possible.
