  I am used to working within a small team developing new products (beverages, soft drinks, syrups, ice creams, candies, bakery,etc.) and flavouring in accordance with client specifications, timescale and cost. I usually take the product from initial kitchen concept and development, collating process control as required, through testing, approval and roll out to factory scale assisting in trouble shooting production issues as they arise. I cope well with technical support to the sales team at client meeting as well as providing relevant documentation when required.I am commercially aware with good client facing skills and I am able to utilize my creative flair in developing new product variations and concepts.
