At Pelltech we specialise in the development, manufacturing and sales of pellet burners and boilers.Pelltech was founded in 2006 by two industry pioneers from Estonia and since then Pelltech has grown to become the largest and most trusted firm of the sector in the Baltic countries. We believe in innovation and doing things differently. The key business domains are pellet burning equipment and renewable energy. Our headquarters including the assembly line, engineering department and staff of 30 employees are conveniently situated near Tallinn Airport. As Sales Manager, I oversee our regional and international sales as well as seek out new business development opportunities.I also manage the documentation of new and current products. One of my projects that I’ve truly enjoyed and has been valuable to the company was bringing all the products not only up to date but also designing them the way that they are presentable and valuable for our clients to read. This includes both product manuals and web catalogues online. I relish sales and business development. Meeting people, building connections and creating win-win (I call it no-lose) situations is my jam. I thrive in trade fairs that we with Pelltech have visited now for years. If you are exploring partnerships in the pellet burners or boilers ecosystem - I’d be happy to have a chat! Show less

I started at Pelltech as Production Technician. As I’ve had seen the products extensively and had a good overview of how they are made and how they are put together, the next logical step was to do it myself. As a Product Technician, my main task was the assembly of pellet burners but also sometimes guiding and assisting other assemblers who were new to the company. This role gave me confidence in my skills and knowledge and also was a starting step towards my current role as Sales Manager. Show less

Not considering helping my father with assembling the pellet burners in our garage when I was 12, my first actual job experience was as a velotaxi guide in Tallinn Old Town. I had this job around 9th grade and what I did was driving people around the old town. It was an excellent experience for the first job for several reasons. The favourite aspect for me was people. Driving mainly international tourists around the city gave me a great opportunity to ask questions and hearing all about the cultures. It taught me communication skills as well as learning to listen to people. The key takeaway from this experience is that you can never go wrong with being honest with people. Humans are drawn to empathetic and honest communication. PS! And now I also know Tallinn Old Town as well as my 5 fingers! (that’s a saying in Estonian) :) Show less
