During her time at Tiffany & Co. as a Manufacturing Supervisor, Silvana impressed me enormously with her commitment to excellence, common-sense approach to manufacturing, and willingness to do whatever was required to make a project successful. Her sense of humor and approach-ability are true assets and she is a delightful person to conduct business with. From the outside looking in, she also clearly seemed to have outstanding relationships with her direct and dotted-line reports, having earned their respect by demonstrating significant degrees of leadership, fairness, and jewelry manufacturing acumen. It was a privilege to work with Silvana, and I would jump at the opportunity to do so again.
