As a Street Team member, I realized that we didn't have a much needed online presence. I felt that in order to create a dialogue between the radio station (WLLD CBS Tampa/St. Pete Market) and listeners, concerning local events, Facebook needed to be utilized.After requesting and receiving permission, the Street Team Facebook Fan Page was created in July 2012. In 14 months, the page has reached over 800 likes and has had a high reach of over 2,800 people in one week.Though my fellow Street Team members provide some content, I'm currently responsible for: updating photos, researching page analytics (weekly), responding to questions and comments of fans, updating photo albums of client promotion flyers, creating strategies to improve reach and virility, uploading photos of engaging street team members and large groups, posting about upcoming events such as remotes, concerts, and van hits.
