The EU CyberNet is an initiative led by the Estonian Information System Authority. It was launched in September 2019 for a duration of six years. Its purpose is to: 1) strengthen the global delivery, coordination and coherence of the EU’s external cyber capacity building projects, and 2) reinforce EU’s own capacity to provide technical assistance to third countries in the field of cyber.
