      We produce and sell Dehumidifiers and Humidifiers, which is a small part of HVAC industry. We are dedicated in providing most reliable air and humidity solution for customers. The most suitable and comfortable humidity for human being is RH 50~60%. However, the required humidity of many industries is diversified. I made the design and dehumidifier setting for steel box girder, basement, cold storage, workshops, warehouse and etc. It is a very interesting job. To fulfill the standard, we will choose to refrigerant or desiccant rotor type. Within 8 months, I set up the global sales system—domestic marketing, overseas marketing, web reconstruction, SNS marketing, recruitment of sales, basic product training and etc. This job allows me to be sustainably getting in touch with chemical industry. Chemical factories also are keen to the humidity in their workshop, which is a essentical and very important factor to influence their final products.       Ruichem, we provide professional solution for customers in textile, coating, plastic, ink and related area. It was a precious experience for me since I worked from a sales, a team leader for Italy marketing, sales manager of global titanium dioxide department for 4 years, and then turned to be the manager in charge of global supply system. I still remembered making the first contract to my first dyestuff customer, who was decided purchase from me within only 7 days. For my customers, I was trying to make delivery within 25 days after purchase order, following application test of disperse dyes, acid dyes, pigments, titanium dioxide, organic silicones, checking the cargoes and picking pre-shipment samples. I hope my works is worth the trust from my customers worldwide. Also, proud for my work, when I heard from one of my customers, who said their total sales volume developing from 1 million USD to 3 million USD in a year, this is the best gift for what I do.During the sales process, it is not always perfect. Previously, the pallet was easily broken. Then, once my customer said, the cargoes were difficult to be unloaded from the container and put into the warehouse rack. We need to repack 1000kgs, nearly 40 bags into a new pallet. So my colleague and I analyze the pallet structure, the board raw material and the stress. By making destructive test, we increase the package cost, but finalize a customized pallet solution for my customer and applied to all customers. I visited many customers in many countries: Thailand, Vietnam, Colombia, Italy, Luxemburg, Germany, France, Argentina and etc. When I came to Argentina in 2014, my customer Manuel picked me up in the airport, taking a tourist guide book of Buenos Aires. He is white in hair but vigorous. He drove me back to the hotel after our meeting, and asked me, why you looked so young, but so professional? I like this comment.
