Zelalem Chala

I know Sileshi Ashine since early 90's when we work together in the Ministry of Agriculture, EU financed Lake Fishery Development Project (FDP). He has been a proficient economists with strong team work, leadership and communication skills. When I was a credit specialist in the LFDP, he had been very instrumental in the monitoring and evaluation of the credit provision of the revolving credit fund and its impact in changing the lives of thousands of fishermen and fish marketing businesses. I also know that his contribution in the development of various policies and strategies in the Ministry of Agriculture has been immense. As well, his experience in managing agricultural and rural development projects and programs has been commendable. I am very confident that all these skillsets and experiences will make him a reputable consultant in economics and business development professions. Wish him all the best, Dr. Zelalem Teklu Chala
