This also includes asking questions to determin the scope of the issue. - Resolve IT Support Requests where it is possible I resolve the users issues as they arrive. this includes remotely accessing the users computer and making changes to their system and settings. In other cases, I will walk through the steps they can take to resolve the issue themselves. For other issues that are easier to solve i quickly come up with solution to resolve without the IT department taking further action. -Escalate Advanced Cases I have the to ability to assess each issue and be able to ecalate the request to IT support specialist and experts if i am unable to resolve the issue. i would do this by providing notes on the issue, the steps I have taken to try and resolve and my diagnosis of the users problem. -Maintain Service Records during the user support process, i would create and maintain detailed records of user issues with software and hardware with the help with tools such as HEAT call logging system and Service Manager.
