Delivered a large scale ward reconfigurtion programme, which has underpinned the sustained delivery of the 4 hour A&E standard at the trust. Establishment of a Programme Management Office, that provides services to the Trust as well as to the wider health economy. Successfully led a complex site redevelopment programme that has seen the sign off for a P21+ pragramme agreement worth £60 Million over an eight year period as well as managing significant construction projects over three separate hospital sites.
