In my case, I chose to focus this accelerated educational 'pathway' on becoming a fully certified Financial Advisor (mortgages and other complex financial products for private persons). This meant a lot of certifications to be obtained related to job-specific subjects, as well as participating in the "Meesterschap-" programme, which offered the whole group of high-potentials which started this period a variety of trainings/courses. Mainly focused on further developing and enhancing (already present) strenghts, and to explore "out of the comfort zone-area's" and thereby further develop skills, knowledge and experience as young-professional.
