I worked with Siju in Childrem Believe. Siju, with Undergraduate degree in Statistics and Postgraduate in Social Work, he aptly suited the role. Communication was his area of interest and it matched the Monitoring, Evaluation, Knowledge and Learning role. Siju was much respected in the Canada office and other country offices for his meaningful contributions. Siju enjoyed his work. He had evolved a pioneer software to generate and manage information for advocacy and action. He closely worked with the partners, INGO networks and the government. As a mentor he enables partners to understand the process. Siju always pays attention to details. He always delivered on time. He envisions the process and outcome. He executes precisely through his leadership, planning and implementation skills. His logical thinking and consistent efforts are always visible in his works. Siju demonstrates great professionalism, dedication and thorough reading and understanding. He is an asset to any organisation. I highly recommend Siju and wish him all success

I have known Siju Mathew when he was employed as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at I-TECH. I was involved in the panel which recruited Siju and even at the interview, he was able to display a good knowledge of M & E in the HIV field and was able to quickly gain knowledge about I-TECH's work and involve himself in the evaluation of various programs being conducted. Siju as a training specialist was also able to give some valuable inputs in the modules that were being developed both from the perspective of training as also from what we would need in order to measure the level of knowledge gained at the end of the trainings. He doubled up as a trainer for nurses and fellows as and when required. He is pleasant person to work with and a good team player too.
