  As ikwen platform grew in usage, it was important to speed up setup of new servers provisioning, reduce bugscaused by updates, reduce defects and maintenance costs, and migrate to a new tech stack.   As mobile online payment rose in Cameroon, local businesses looked to capitalize on online retail, and needed a simple solution that included a mobile payment processing feature and little to no technical training to onboard.Responsibilities :· Gather requirements and design an e-commerce solution that can support generating of up to 1,000 e-commerce websites. The websites mobile payment gateway that can process 10,000 transactions per hour.· Lead a team of 2 developers and 2 sales agents to build those products while actively participating as thedeveloper.Achievements:· Reduced the creation of an e-commerce website from 10 days to 15 seconds through an automated process· Create a mobile payment gateway that offers MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money online payments.· Our e-commerce solution is used by more than 30 companies for their e-commerce websites; the payment gateway processed more than $3,000,000 in online transactions in 2 years.· Digitized Creolink’s invoice payment process which resulted in delinquency rates drop by of 40%.   Creolink is the largest cable internet & TV provider in Cameroon. I sold and delivered an assets tracking solution, a GIS platform built in collaboration with Creolink’s team.Responsibilities : • Delivery management - I worked closely with the client’s staff on gathering requirements, providing weekly status reports, and managing customer expectations. • Technical delivery leadership - I lead the architecture and software development teams of 3 engineers and their day-to-day activities including work planning, architecture, and code reviews, and approving releases • Hands-on participation and mentoring during the architecture and implementation of critical components of the platforms.Achievements: • Delivered a GIS platform that resulted in 40% reduction in operational expenses and near real-time data on coverage and opportunities for network coverage extensions. • Extended the GIS platform to make it highly configurable in order to meet the needs of retail and local governments; the solution is used today by 19 local governments to track payment status.
