  Wise is mainly a Dynamics NAV solution provider and the leading supporter for NAV in Iceland with many customers all over the globe. My job is to ensure connectivity to NAV for different systems and hardware and help spearhead development in solutions connected to NAV through connectivity to other systems as needed. My main tasks have been custom applications in Winforms for customers, webservices, creating mobile solutions and much more. Lead developer in a small team in creating a multi OS application for time registration and attendance system with connectivity to multiple ERP systems. Maintaining a Winforms application and web services for farmholidays.is the leading supplier of packaged cottage trips to Iceland.   Worked along a small dynamic team to establish a brand new telecommunication company from scratch. Main responsibilities was designing, managing setup and maintenance of the wireless T1 Ericsson Minilink microwave network the company was based on as well as supporting the software development team assigned to provide a billing solution for the company. After the Minilink network was set up I moved full time into the development team where I was eventually made team leader. Most solutions were programmed in Java and deployed in Microsoft, Linux and Solaris systems. Key Contributions: Designed in collaboration with a 3rd party provider a new generation of the billing system used and worked as a technical lead within that group during the development process. Primary designer and leader of a team of up to four employees and six 3rd party contractors that built a workflow system for the entire company that allowed rapid changes in workflow and integrated directly with telecom services that enabled the common user from for example the telephone support hotline to activate new number, add or remove services and much more. Key Contributions: Designed and set up in part various wireless networks for customer sites based in Iceland, Norway and United Kingdom. Clients include the biggest warehouses in Iceland (Samskip) as well as Swedish Match in UK and Bohus in Norway. Designed and served as a team leader developing a mobile sales force solution that connected to a server through modems and a gsm phone.
