Signy provided executive coaching to me as part of my companies Emerging Leaders program over the course of 9 months. I had never worked with a coach before, and was lucky to have Signy as a first experience. To me, she personifies the concept of "radical candor" (a concept she taught me!). She was able to challenge me and push me outside of my comfort zone, while remarkably never making me feel defensive. She is a fierce advocate of women's success in the workplace, and provided me with numerous tools and concepts I strive to apply in my work every day. In addition to all of this, she is a lovely person, and I am lucky to know her. Highly recommend any time one can get time with Signy!

I met Signy during a retreat we were attending together. During a brief cab ride at the end, she named an experience she was having of me at the time in the group setting we were in. It was probably the most heartfelt, daring, kick-in-the-ass truth that anyone had ever shared with me at that time. I hired her to be my executive coach and worked with her off and on for over 7 years. She is an amazing coach - equal parts compassionate and challenging. There are many times over the years she has stretched me beyond my comfort zone and I'm greatly appreciative of her.
