Signe is a very skilled HR Professional. With a clear vision of the bigger picture and the end result, she takes full accountability for her work and performance which makes her extremely reliable and trustworthy, I never had to doubt she would do her part putting in the highest effort. If I had a critical responsibility I had to delegate, I would choose her without any hesitation based on both her strong field knowledge and her work ethic. In addition to her skills she is also pure joy to have in a team, she brightens the whole atmosphere and brings out the best in people. She is a true asset any company would be lucky to have.

I worked with Signe for several months and it was really pleasure. She was my SPOC for IT stuff in Baltics (because they doenst have IT dept. there) and even though it was not her main job she always helped me. She also improved several procesess. Even though she was overloaded sometimes she always stayed positive and wanted to perform on 100%. Biggest plus of Signe is that she actually cares about people - shes not the one of HR who asks you how are you and dont care about response. I wish there is more HR like her in the world - life would be much easier for us employees!
