  Overall responsibility : As a finance head, I'm heading day to day activity in the division of Account Receivable, Account Payable and Treasury. I'm responsible to maintain these departmement to work well and in the full power. Moreover, I also closely coordinate with other related department such as Sales and Logistic. Aside, I also preparing report for the management. Account Payable Related Responsibilities : • Responsible for Account Payable and expenditure. Controlling and approving the company spending to be inline with the company cash flow. • Controlling coordination between all branch budget spending. • Design and implement the necessary controls and prevent any potential areas of fraud. Treasury Related Responsibility : • Daily manage with the cashier team (Incoming and Outgoing cash on hand cashier, Bank treasury officer). • Maintaining the Bank reconciliation. Account Receivable Related Responsibilities : • Responsible for the Invoicing team and make sure the billing completely done. • Handling with customer and dealer regarding the payment schedule • Hands on day to day regarding customer problem. Reporting Responsibiliies : • Preparing management report on the sales analysis of the Best Sold Item. About the company : PT Tirta Amarta is an Indonesian Food and Berverage Company. The main product sold is the botling solid and pure water, named Viro and Axo. The group has both Production and Distribution company wich market the product all around Indonesia.
